Ryron Gracie seminar 2010
Ryron Gracie will be visiting Lagrange on May 21 and 22. On Saturday the 22nd the seminars will be at Westview High School 1635 S 600 W Topeka, IN 46571. Cost is $50 per session. Times 10am to 12 noon and 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm there are also some private spots available.

Nate wins by armbar in round 3!
Fight of the night IMO, Nate fought a strong guy, who was able to put Nate in bad positions in round 1, Nate defended well and then dominated the rest of the fight until catching a very slick armbar in transition in round 3.
